We want you to be satisfied with your Chich + Clo experience and all products purchased from our online store.

In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days from delivery of your order at chichandclo@gmail.com

Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept returns on sale and discounted items if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on teethers/ dummies and nursing items.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, should your items be visually damaged or opened on receipt, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order and let us know by emailing chichandclo@gmail.com

At this time Chich + Clo is unable to offer return shipping costs.

* All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you, the buyer. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Chich + Clo will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
